About me

What I offer in the counselling session is a breathing space. A peaceful, safe space, where there is no room for judgement. From there, you will be able to share, explore, whatever issues are at the forefront for you at this moment in time.
My role is to be there with you to find the way to open the doors that will bring light into your life and support you moving forward in a positive way. You may be diagnosed with bipolar, or depression, perhaps OCD or you may be suffering from insomnia, or panic attack, or again you may wonder what it is all about and have lost your direction in life. Whatever your reasons, Having decided to look for a therapist is your first step towards healing, and I look forward to meet you and share your journey.

Training, qualifications & experience

I am a homoeopath, graduated in 1993, and a counsellor since 2009. I am accredited with BACP.I have 7 years experience working in a college with young adults on the autistic spectrum, and working with their family or carers. I have worked with the What Centre in Stourbridge, the North Worcestershire Bereavement Counselling Association, and in Private Practice.

My approach is an integration of all the different systems I have learned through the years. My aim is to not think about a "system" but to be receptive to what is being said - and not said- and respond in the best appropriate way for this person at this moment in time.
