I offer counselling to individual clients, working in an integrative way which places emphasis on the importance of the counselling relationship as the principal driver towards achieving personal growth and/or change. Uppermost in this is the respect I offer for the uniqueness of each client.
Training, qualifications & experience
I am educated to degree level (BA Hons) in related subjects and have a Foundation degree in Counselling (2012). I also hold a diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) theory and practice and have recently undertaken training in Solution Focussed Therapy.
