Gemma Journet DIP (Couns); MBACP
I run a professional caring practice that can help if you are experiencing anxiety, stress, depression, relationship problems or are just unable to cope. I provide a friendly, accepting and safe environment, where you have time and space to share whatever is worrying you.
In my experience, many people can find counselling to be ‘life-changing’, and it offers an opportunity to explore, discover and to be more accepting of ‘self, feelings and emotions’, thus helping you to develop life skills for your future. My service is confidential and I adhere to the BACP's code of Ethics.
I am committed to working collaboratively with my clients to provide a service which is tailored to the needs of each individual. I use an Integrative approach and work hard with my Client to build a relationship in which my client feels comfortable to explore their emotions in.
I run a practice called TCH Counselling, which can provide counselling in West Malling and Gravesend as well as Dartford and Herne Bay. Please see the website for further details.
I also work one day per week in a Primary School offering counselling to children.
