Profile

I am an experienced counsellor providing a safe, caring, and professional counselling service. I am an empathic and approachable person working in a non-judgemental and confidential way.

My aim is to create a positive and trusting environment in which I help you to help yourself.

I offer one-to-one sessions with adults and adolescents. I work both short term and long term dependant on your individual needs and wishes, which we can discuss in your initial session. This initial session is free and gives you time to explore if counselling is right for you.

By exploring your past, the causes of present day problems are often revealed. We can't change the past, but we can gain understanding allowing you to relate differently to yourself, others and problems in order to choose to make changes or find acceptance.
 
Finding a counsellor that you can trust and feel comfortable with is important.
 
I work confidentially and ethically, abiding by the BACP code of ethics.

Training, Qualifications & Experience

FdA Humanistic Counselling with TA (BACP Acc) - University of Winchester

TA 101 - Peter Symonds College, Winchester

DipH-Diploma in Hypnotherapy- Academy of Advanced Changework 

BEd - Bachelor of Education Honours Degree
