How can I help you ?
I am a qualified, experienced BACP Accredited counsellor and pyschotherapist who is warm and down to earth. I will offer you a safe non-judgemental space to talk. I understand from my own personal experience that taking the first step towards counselling is pretty daunting and I appreciate that it takes courage to make that call or send that e mail. I would like to encourage and invite you to take the next step with an open mind.
How do I work?
I will provide a confidential compassionate space for you to explore what is going on for you. We will work closely together giving you time to unravel your thoughts and feelings helping you to gain more insight and understanding and find a way to help you feel more settled and grounded in your life.
Most importantly I will strive to be empathically by your side as you gain new perspectives and take on the challenge and positivity of change.
