Hello, I'm a qualified and experienced counsellor. I provide supportive and non-judgemental, one-to-one counselling for men and women of all ages.
Coping with feelings of anxiety, stress or anger can often feel overwhelming.
Making sense of our thoughts and feelings can sometimes be really hard but working with a counsellor can often make a difference during those difficult times and can help to stimulate positive change.
Whatever may be troubling you, it's possible we can work through those concerns together in search of some greater understanding and peace of mind.
