Sessions with me take place in quiet and safe rooms* within a 5 minute walk from Leatherhead high street or at the Surrey Centre for Natural Health in Chessington, Surrey. Talking in a safe, relaxed environment can help make sense of feelings that might be difficult to understand.
In providing a non-judgemental and supportive environment, I can help you to explore the way you experience the world and relate to others, particularly at moments when you might be feeling stuck, isolated or misunderstood.
I believe that although we can't change the past, we can change how we feel about it, which leads to healthier coping strategies, a stronger present, and a more positive future, as well as increased self-awareness, self-value and a greater sense of balance.
I work from a person-centered approach, which enables me to utilise the most effective aspects of different modalities that work best for you.
*Please note, for the Leatherhead practice, there are some stairs leading up to the room
