Making the first step and making the initial appointment is never easy. Seeking help is not a sign of weakness and it might be the first positive step for you to find help for whatever issues are affecting you. Why not try confidential counselling with an experienced therapist who offers a professional service.
I am a fully qualified counsellor and my practice is rooted in the Person Centred approach.I provide a warm and nurturing environment, and strive to build a therapeutic relationship on empathic understanding, honesty, and acceptance. This will enable you to bring about a greater understanding, to achieve a greater self-awareness and regain control over your life. I will not advise you or offer quick fix solutions, and rather than focusing on the symptoms of your problems, I engage with the whole person.
I foster an attitude of self- care and compassion alongside self- direction.I aim to empower you by promoting your self-resilience and self-esteem, and help you to gain the ability to manage your life and become self-actualised.I believe that counselling acts as a catalyst and facilitates the process of inner growth and strength.
I am truly passionate about my work and fully committed to help all of my clients.
