Profile

I have been working as a Therapist and Counsellor since 1987. I prefer to work face to face and one to one, but I will use telephone counselling where necessary.

My preferred way of working is to combine cognitive therapy and integrative therapy, and I have trained in a wide range of other therapies. This means I have a large array of helpful techniques to use with my clients. I enjoy my work, and aim to provide a warm, supportive environment to help put people at ease.

I have also been a counselling Supervisor since 1988.
