I offer both counselling and Supervision for counsellors.
Counselling offers you a space in your life - a space to stand back and look at it, and to notice what is happening inside you. A Counsellor is there to accept and value you just as you are.
I offer individual and couple counselling, short-term and long-term.
My clients bring many issues - anxiety and panic attacks, depression, stress, low self-esteem, relationship problems, sexual abuse from the recent or distant past, bereavement and loss, managing illness... Almost anything which causes distress; I work with a person rather than a diagnosis.
I use a peaceful room in Spalding, PE11. I have been practising as a general Counsellor since 1999 (and with Cruse Bereavement Care since 1991).
Counselling offers a safe, accepting place, removed from everyday life where you can stand back, look at your life and see how you want to move forward.
Do contact me and ask any questions.
