Life can be difficult at times, especially when we don't want to burden loved ones or friends, but we need someone to talk to, who can offer support.
Counselling is like going on a journey together, with you at the helm, deciding where to go and the counsellor helping you decide where the best directions for you might be, sometimes reading parts of the map you hadn't noticed yourself. It can be amazing how it all works, and life-changing.
It is important to find a counsellor you can relate to, who you can trust with your thoughts and feelings, having confidence in knowing that there is light at the end of the tunnel.
I can offer a warm and relaxing atmosphere where you will feel comfortable to talk about your concerns in confidence and without fear of judgement. I deeply care about people, which is why I chose the counselling path. I am so pleased to see how clients can turn their life around and be happier and more self-accepting with a greater understanding of who they really are.
May I suggest that you email me with some of your details and we can then arrange to talk by phone?
