Tina Bearman BA Hons, MBACP
Do you feel anxious, alone, angry or depressed. Perhaps relationships are becoming very difficult? It can be difficult to shoulder these alone. I can offer a safe confidential space to explore things to try to lighten your load.
I am also passionate about the psychological wellbeing of our young people and firmly believe that early intervention, with counselling / Psychotherapy can enable Children and Young people to deal with anger, relationships, school pressures, exam stress, panic attacks, bullying etc. Sometimes it is difficult for them to understand why they feel a certain way and this can lead to a feeling of depression and hopelessness or that know one understands? Perhaps you wish to improve your relationship with your children?
Worried, not sure if counselling is right for you or your family call now to discuss and the first session is free.
