Fiona Liggins MBACP (Accred)
Are you feeling depressed, anxious, lonely or uncertain about your future? Are you facing difficult choices in your life? These are some of the reasons that people seek counselling. There are many more.
Counselling gives you a safe environment to explore the way you relate to others and cope with challenges. It can also enable you to explore how past experiences affect the way you deal with situations in your current life.
My Counselling Practice
I offer counselling one-to-one with adults, 18 years and over. I have experience of working with students.
I offer a safe, empathic and non-judgmental environment for you to explore issues in your life that you are currently facing.
What happens when you contact me?
When a client first contacts me, we will arrange a suitable time to meet together. I offer daytime and evening appointments. I offer an initial free 50 minute session where we can explore whether you feel counselling is suitable for you and we would talk about what counselling can offer you.
How often would we meet?
I usually arrange counselling on a weekly basis. I work long term or short term depending on which is most appropriate for the client.
