I have had many years of training and experience in the field of counselling and psychology. I currently work with the Sue Lambert Trust, in Norwich, counselling survivors of sexual and domestic abuse.
Previous to this I have had a wide range of experience working in a Low and Medium Secure Hospital. At this hospital I worked with patients with various learning disabilities was also able to help those with personality disorders, major mental illnesses and those coping with substance misuse. I helped with their treatment program through individual and group psychotherapies.

Face to Face sessions are 60 minutes long and cost £40.
The first session will be a FREE Initial Consultation where we will discuss the issues and to see whether counselling is right for you. The initial consultation will last usually last about 30 minutes.
