Are you looking for someone you can trust?
You may be hoping to find a kind, warm and caring therapeutic relationship within which you can talk and open up, where you can be heard and where you feel supported and completely safe.
And then you may begin to explore your difficulties, to make sense of them; from here you may be in a stronger place to make positive changes.
Counselling is not magic, it is not a cure for all. But, by making small steps, in our own time, we all have the ability to think, feel and behave differently. These small changes can make big differences in our lives.
I hope that you may feel inspired enough to believe that you can make those changes with me.
