I am a Counsellor and Counselling Supervisor offering a mature approach to your therapy.I have experience working in the public and charity sectors but am now in private practise and work with individuals, couples and small groups and people referred via employers.I aim to create a framework for looking at the issues you bring and deciding together, how to work through them, towards acceptance, new perspectives or ways of coping.I want you to get the most you can from attending, so aim to help you clarify what you want to gain, change or work towards. We may explore patterns or experiences, present or past, and my role is to facilitate that process.
I work with a wide range of difficulties including:
You might be struggling with a problem or just feel things are not right. You may have had struggles for some time and not known what is wrong or what to do.Regaining balance in a confidential, safe space allows you to explore your feelings, to be heard and to find strategies to cope.

I work with Employee Assistance Programme referrals, and in private practice.I have experience working with NHS clients and as a Rape Crisis Counsellor.
I offer Couples, individual, Skype and telephone sessions.I am happy to meet with you, to allow you to decide if you would like to commit to regular sessions and offer an initial 20-30 minute free session.I have a practice, 5 minutes drive from the city centre, with free parking, near major bus routes and the QMC tram stop. The room is on the first floor with stairs to access.
