Felicity Reed UKCP MUPCA (Accred) MA
Acknowledging a problem, and deciding you are going to do something about it, takes lots of courage. Although it often doesn't feel like it at the time, it can be the start of one of the most important journeys you may ever make.
Getting expert help that's empathic, non-judgemental and caring, helps you take a breath: realise you're stronger than you thought and that you've got options, and make solid changes to your life.
As long as you're serious about it, it's NEVER too late - or too early - to address a problem.
One of the greatest pleasures of my job is watching clients surprise themselves with strength, resourcefulness and resilience, of which they never guessed they were capable.
Do call me for a free telephone consultation. If I can't help, I will refer you to someone who can.
And the very best of luck with your journey!

I have been working with people who experience mental distress for 15 years, as therapist, manager and practitioner. As well as giving therapy, I also give clinical supervision and training to other professionals working in the field.
My approach is warm, humane and lively. I learn as much from my clients, as they do from me. Every client I have worked with, has taught me something about the business of living and connecting: for which I thank them.
