Hi, I am a BACP registered counsellor. My practice is based on humanistic principles however in my therapeutic work I use a variety of theories and combine different techniques to suit individual client's needs.
I offer both long term and short term therapy.
I am a counsellor in Talking Therapies at a NHS Trust and I have a private practice based in Chesham, within easy reach of Amersham, Great Missenden, the Chalfonts, Chorleywood, Hazelmere, Berkhamstead, Hemel Hempstead, Aylesbury.
I work with adults on a variety of issues such as: anxiety, depression, bereavement and loss, cultural issues, divorce, life crisis, low self-esteem, low confidence, loneliness, loss of purpose, anger, panic attacks, relationships issues, self- harm, separation, suicidal thoughts, stress, transitions, work issues.

- BSc (Hons) in Reflective Therapeutic Practice
- Diploma in Humanistic Counselling
- Awareness in Bereavement Care
- Certificate in Counselling Skills
- Certificate in Crisis Intervention
- MA Psychology
I have been working in mental health field since 2003. Over the years, I have worked with individuals with a range of psychological problems and in a variety of settings including the NHS, voluntary sector and in private practice.
I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and adhere to BACP Code of Ethics.
