Eva Mathis PgDip, MBACP
It helps to talk and people come to counselling for many reasons. You may seek help because you suffer from anxiety and depression, which reduces your quality of life and affects your relationships. It may also be that you feel stuck in old patterns, possibly established in childhood and want to seek new ways of relating. Or you may suffer from stress and find it difficult to cope with everyday life. Together we can look at whatever is important to you in a safe and confidential setting.

Psychosynthesis is a practical system of self-understanding and development created by Dr Roberto Assagioli early last century. Holding a transpersonal view of human development, he recognised that we all have the inner wisdom to help us find the way to our true self. At times our view may be blocked by problems the world presents to us. At such times it might be useful to seek counselling. Together we will explore your current situation and the difficulties you may be facing at the moment. We will seek to discover patterns that may no longer be helpful to you and find the life choices that are right for you.
