I have worked as a counsellor in a wide range of settings: schools, NHS, agencies, The Royal College of Art, Roehampton University as well as my private practice. I have worked principally with depression, anxiety, abuse, low self-esteem, relationship issues, eating disorders and stress.
There are many different models of counselling and psychotherapy available today. My approach is Integrative, combining Psychodynamic and Humanistic ways of working. I place great emphasis on establishing a genuine working relationship in order that we might think together about the issues that concern you, exploring your feelings and thoughts so that we can develop a shared understanding of you and your life. Each person is treated as a unique individual.
I offer one to one counselling to adults and provide bilingual counselling in both English and Spanish. I am a Senior Accredited member of the BACP and work according to their codes of ethics.
My practise is in South West London with easy access from Battersea, Wandsworth, Fulham and Clapham.
