Play therapy is a form of counselling that involves the use of creative and expressive communication. Through play therapy children can make sense of their feelings and the world in which they live. When children experience upsetting events their feelings can become muddled. This can be a confusing and worrying time for both them and their families. Play Therapy Northern Ireland provides a safe environment where a qualified and empathetic play therapist understands your child through the metaphore of play, behaviour and other communication.
Play Therapy is suitable for children from age 3 and beyond.
