I believe that we do not need to live constrained by the past or anxious about the future. Working with people in crisis or seeking personal development, I can support you to gain awareness and understanding about the suffering that trauma ,loss, abuse or difficulties in relationship can create in our lives.

I practice a mindfulness based therapy paying attention to thoughts and feelings ,so that change can happen.
I am a  registered psychotherapist offering both short and long term therapy for individuals.
I also offer supervision for counsellors and therapists. I have over 30 years experience and have a background in childrens social care and mental health services.

I do not charge for the initial consultation (for up to 1/2 hour).
There after the weekly fee is £45.
