I founded The Recover Clinic in 2007 after working for several years as a specialist eating disorders clinician. I have created a program that includes creative therapies, meditation, a chance to explore spirituality (whatever that might mean for the individual), alongside advice on nutrition, and the physical assessments which allow us to tailor our treatment to the individual.
The clinic is a safe place that provides people with the chance to explore their feelings and to learn about their illness and how to defeat it. With my diverse training, I am able to confidently adapt my approach according to what each of my clients need, giving them the best possible chance for a full recovery.
We have clinics offer counselling in both London and Brighton and see clients from the surrounding areas.
I have also devised and launched The Home Recovery Program which is an online program designed to support sufferers of eating disorders who are not able to access face to face treatment.
