Emma is an integrative counsellor and sandplay therapist working in private practice in Sutton Coldfield. She is a compassionate professional having many years experience working with individuals who have experienced trauma and difficulties in their private and work life.
This may include depressions, anxiety, stress, abuse, parenting, relationships, weight, body image and career problems.
Emma has extensive experience with adolescents, emergency service workers, front line public sector workers and those in caring occupations. She also takes referrals from a number of fitness companies whose clients wish to work with the underlying reasons for weight and body image.
Emma holds an enhanced DBS certificate.

Emma works part time in private practice and clients should consider if they are willing to be flexible with the dates and times of face to face appointments. Emma is unlikey to be able to offer the same day and time every week. Evenings and weekends are often available with early and late appointment times. Skype and telephone appointments are also possible especially for those with mobility / travelling difficulties.
When you contact Emma for an appointment you will be invited to attend for an initial consultation meeting. This session allows you and Emma to get to know each other, explore the goals of therapy and decide if you are able to work together. Contracting will take place in the first session and this session is charged at £50.
Emma works from a comfortable room, in a discreet village location. This means no car parking problems or car parking fees.
Home visit may be considered and will be priced on an individual basis dependant upon travelling distance.
Face to face appointments are held in Henley In Arden.
