I am a qualified therapist and I am committed to providing counselling in a safe, confidential and non judgemental environment. I believe everyone deserves to feel valued and heard.
I have a specialist interest and experience in working with clients with Autism/Asperger's Syndrome and learning difficulties.
Since I qualified I have seen many clients of all ages but especially working with young people (11-21 years) including working along side parents with parental issues.
My work is mainly face to face and one to one.
Other clients have come to me with a whole range of issues from Anxiety, Depression, Relationship Issues, Family Issues, Anger issues, Low self esteem.
My original learning is in person centred, it is my ethos and a way of being but my journey and how I work now can use other modalities such as creative skills to enhance my client’s experience so we can find the most appropriate experience for you.

The cost of the initial assessment session is £40.00.
For counselling sessions my fee is £40.00 per session. My corporate rates per session are £60.
If you could please give me 48 hours notice that you can not attend a session either by phone or email then you will not be charged. Any cancellations that are 24 hours or less will be charged £20 per cancellation. Missed sessions without any notice will be charged at my usual full session rate.
