About me

If you are finding life difficult and need a supportive space to talk then please give me a call or send me an email.

I am a qualified therapist and I am committed to providing counselling in a safe, confidential and non judgemental environment. I believe everyone deserves to feel valued and heard.

I have a specialist interest and experience in working with clients with Autism/Asperger's Syndrome and learning difficulties.
Since I qualified I have seen many clients of all ages but especially working with young people (11-21 years) including working along side parents with parental issues.
My work is mainly face to face and one to one.
Other clients have come to me with a whole range of issues from Anxiety, Depression, Relationship Issues, Family Issues, Anger issues, Low self esteem.

My original learning is in person centred, it is my ethos and a way of being but my journey and how I work now can use other modalities such as creative skills to enhance my client’s experience so we can find the most appropriate experience for you.

I receive regular supervision and continuing professional development.

The cost of the initial assessment session is £25.00.

For counselling sessions my fee is £40.00 per session.

If you could please give me 48 hours notice that you can not attend a session either by phone or email then you will not be charged. Later than this will unfortunately occur a fee.
