I am an integrative therapeutic counsellor which means I use a range of techniques and theories to help clients with challenges such as : stress, depression, anxiety, disordered eating, low self esteem, confidence, bereavement and loss, abuse, divorce or separation, self harm, and addiction. This list is not exhaustive. I have a core approach of person centred and psychodynamic and may use techniques such as mindfulness, cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and psycho educative strategies in the sessions.
I work with adults but have also counselled young people and children in primary and secondary schools. I am a registered member of the British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy. I abide by their code of ethics. I have a private clinic in W1, and day and evening clinics in SE London. I also provide counselling in the workplace and work with a private company in central London. I can offer short or long term sessions, weekly and fortnightly.
