Ellie MacQueen Registered MBACP PMCOSCA
Relationship issues, anxiety, depression, family issues, low self-steem - these are all things that get in the way of us getting the most out of life. As an experienced person-centred counsellor, I offer you a confidential counselling relationship where you can explore life's difficulties in a safe and non-judgemental space.
In today's world we are all running at such a fast pace that sometimes it's difficult to catch up with ourselves. We are on "Automatic Pilot" - making little time to listen to ourselves or to recognise our own needs. Everyone else is in the same boat, and as a result, it can feel like no one is really listening in today's chaotic way of life. I offer you a space where you will be heard.
Counselling is a means of working with someone who is really listening to you, and with whom you can share your thoughts and feelings without fear of being judged. Counselling can help you find better ways of coping, and to develop greater confidence in being able to deal with life's problems.
