I provide general counselling services but specialise in online and telephone counselling. My clients have found that online and telephone counselling is an accessible way of seeking help with a variety of psychological issues.
For those who have a disability, mobility or access issues, they have found it particularly useful and where some people would find face-to-face counselling prohibitive, online and telephone counselling provides a supportive environment with a certain amount of anonymity that some people crave.
My professional interests include eating disorders, anxiety, disability, and the impact of social and cultural issues on mental health.
