Ellen Waldren Registered Accredited MBACP, Supervisor
I specialise in anxiety and associated disorders, such as panic attacks, phobias, and OCD. Anxiety can be difficult to overcome without help. I often hear clients say that they are struggling, battling or fighting anxiety. Expending all that energy to try and feel better often fuels anxiety. I will help you make friends with your anxiety, lessen its power and enable you to enjoy a less anxious life.
If you are housebound due to your anxiety I can offer you telephone counselling or Skype counselling, to start the process of getting back out into the world.
I am an BACP accredited counsellor, which means I have gone through a rigorous process to establish that I fulfill the criteria to practice. Accreditation is now a benchmark for the NHS and other major organisations. So you can feel assured that I am able to offer you safe, non judgmental, empathic and honest counselling. I am a recognised BUPA provider and an Anxiety UK therapist.
I am a Mindfulness Practitioner, which can be beneficial to those who find it difficult to sleep, relax or enjoy life.
I am happy to talk to you on the phone so you can ask any questions you have, we can make an appointment for you to find out if I am the right counsellor for you.
