Listening to you, understanding you, supporting you, in a confidential and non-judgemental way.
Having trained to an advanced diploma level and specialising in abuse, trauma, anxiety, bi-polar & depression & suicidal thoughts. I believe that the advantages of counselling and psychotherapy, gives us a clear insight as to who we really are. What makes us tick and why we behave in certain ways and what consciously or unconsciously causes our turmoil, self-defeating behaviours and in where the root causes of our problems stem from.
This year technological investment into the practice have been made for 2016 to offer improved facilities for on line face to face therapy using VSee (free and simple to download) which has no transmition time link delay, giving more quality time and a fuller session.
By understanding this, we can make a choice, adapt ourselves to a healthier and happier future. The expression “the truth will set you free” is a very apt statement when it comes to counselling and psychotherapy. For many of us, life has not always been kind, in fact, for some of us there has been intense cruelty, where there is little hope for a better future, or even a safe one. By seeking and facing the truth, however painful sometimes, we can change our life’s outcome, helping us to reach and fulfil our potential by understanding and breaking the patterns that keep us partially in chains.
Modern life is hard enough for most of us, especially as our community environments have expanded to now making the world our home and within it, so many lifestyles, challenging in demands, differences in perceptions and outlooks.
For on-line counselling
When you book an on-line face to face counselling session, we can discuss your issues and determine the on-line strength of your broadband connectivity, which is an important feature for on-line counselling. Please allow 1 hour for the initial consultation. Please email your enquires for on line sessions to: email@example.com
On-line consultations and any consequent sessions are conducted in the exact same non-judgemental and confidential manner as face to face sessions at the talking heads therapy practice with the first care of duty always to you, the client.

On-line counselling has become ever more popular during the last ten years. Modern technology has brought us even more improved services from systems such as Skype, Google Hangouts and fibre optic broadband. Research now shows clear evidence that on-line counselling has equally beneficial results with practice based counselling and the on-line trend continues to grow.
Why choose on-line counselling?
There are several reasons why so many people choose to work on their issues with a counsellor privately on-line, which is protected by strict confidentiality and professional ethics. Sometimes clients connect with a particular therapist who lives outside of their area, whilst others feel uncomfortable attending the therapist’s practice. Whatever the reasons are, many of our clients simply find this means of counselling to be more convenient, as it’s carried out from the comfort of their own homes, without the hassle of travelling to an appointment after a long days work. In fact, during a daytime session you don’t even need to take more than an hour away from your work, as long as you have a private workplace facility.
In turn, we have learnt to carefully observe our client’s facial and vocal expressions towards their inner feelings whilst they are on-line, although some prefer to turn off their web-cam; it is felt important that the therapist gage the expression of your vocal input. The sessions are 50 minutes long, with a 10-minute review of the session at the end.
I use high-speed fibre optic broadband. Initially, as with any other type of counselling, I go on line with you for the first session of 1.5 hours - this includes the initial consultation, to determine what your issues are and how I can help. This also gives us a clear indication, as to the quality of your general broadband strength and connectivity in your area. Once we establish that a good communication link is in place, you’ll then be able to book your session through my website's calendar or by emailing me.
