I am member of BPS(The British Psychological Society),registered with BACP(British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy) and accredited member of NCS(The National Counselling Society).I am a Counsellor/Psychologist and have an independent practice based in the Portishead/Bristol area.
I provide short to long-term confidential Counselling to individuals.I receive monthly supervision with regards to my work as a Counsellor.
My theoretical orientation is integrative, open-ended and person-centered.
As an addition to my private practice I have been a volunteer, working in the past for organisations like ‘MEND’, ‘Listen In’ and I used to work as a volunteer staff Counsellor at Avon Partnership Occupational Health Service (NBT), Frenchay/ Southmead Hospital.
I work with diverse client base. I take self referrals and GP referrals. All sessions are confidential and my practice is fully insured and supervised.

Costs & Schedules:
Sessions are once weekly.
A session is 50 minutes long and will cost £45.
Fees can be made by cash, Direct Debit or cheques (payable to ESPCS).
Fees can be paid in advance or at each session.
Counselling starts with an initial session where a contract is explained and this consists of details on confidentiality, the associated costs, place of meetings, cancellations and late arrivals at sessions.

General Availability: Weekdays Daytimes, Weekday Evenings
It's possible to arrange telephone/online sessions, or a mixture of face to face plus telephone/online sessions if travel is difficult for you. This can be with regards to family commitments, illness, travel or just personal preference.
