About me
Hello. It's a difficult decision choosing a counsellor. My name is Liz and i would like to help you. Together we can unravel tangled personal issues, cope with the problems of everyday life, reach clarity and learn to laugh again. Helping you resolve your unique challenges matters to me.
Everyone is different and my approach is gentle, personal and effective, encouraging self empowerment. I have worked with many clients with anxiety, depression, and low self esteem as well as substance use, eating disorders, personal crises and OCD.
As i am an integrated counsellor, we will utilise a range of techniques including CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy) and mindfulness to explore behaviour and negative programming, in a tranquil, non-judgemental atmosphere. We will develop new coping skills to re-establish your self esteem.
