Welcome. Are you struggling to cope with difficult change in your life? Do you have difficulty with relationships. Are you suffering with depression or anxiety or feeling confused or angry? Talking it over with an unbiased, non-judgemental counsellor can be really helpful and enlightening.
I'm a Psychotherapeutic Counsellor. I work with the Integrative model of psychotherapy. I can offer you a safe, comfortable environment where you can feel free to explore your concerns. Working from the Integrative model means I can draw upon several theories, so by working together, we can create a unique formula that works for you, to look at any aspect of your life. This can help you to gain a greater insight and understanding of yourself, and why you do the things you do and feel the way you do. With a better understanding of yourself, you can see more clearly your position in your world and be more in control.
Counselling is an opportunity to focus on your personal objectives and to try to understand where you may be experiencing difficulties. It can also help you recognise your strengths and to use them effectively to help you find greater satisfaction in life.
As counselling is a joint venture, it is important you find a counsellor who you can relate to. Please feel free to call me in confidence, for further information without any obligation. I will be happy to answer any questions you may have. Alternatively you are welcome to visit my website at www.libbyhill.co.uk
