My therapeutic approach is person-centred at the heart but also incorporates elements of cognitive behavioural therapy, art therapy and coaching skills when beneficial.
My person-centred approach means that I wholeheartedly believe in the client's ability to work through their challenges, with the right support. As a counsellor I am in the privileged position of supporting clients as they discover the resources within themselves and learn how to apply these to life's most trying moments.
I am a fully qualified counsellor who is a member of the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP) and as such I adhere to their ethics and code of practice. I am fully insured and hold a current and enhanced DBS.
