I provide a calm, welcoming, safe, non-judgmental environment where you can talk openly during what may be a difficult and challenging time in your life, with the aim of helping you to identify a way forward. I work on a wide range of issues with adults of all ages, with a particular focus on couples/relationships, post-natal depression and workplace problems including the impact of redundancy, bullying, organisational change and workplace stress.
As an Integrative counsellor I tailor my approach around you as an individual.
