There are times in our lives when we struggle to make sense of things or feel unable to live the life we want to lead. Relationship issues, bereavement, work difficulties, abuse or any of life’s many hurdles can create feelings of anxiety, stress and depression. We may feel trapped, stuck, unable to see the wood for the trees or a way through situations and feelings, and we may feel in crisis. As a counsellor I offer my clients a safe confidential space to explore what is going on in them without judgement. My aim is to help you with care and encouragement to explore the issues that may be painful or challenging and to find a way through to gain a new perspective. I work from a calm, peaceful room in my home near Bromsgrove and bring warmth and compassion borne out of extensive life experience. I understand it can be difficult to talk about painful issues and do not take for granted the courage it requires to seek help.
I would be happy to answer any questions you may have and give further details over the telephone. Both phones have confidential answer-services if I am unavailable to leave a message and will always ring back as soon as I can. Otherwise, you can e.mail me at email@example.com. I can usually offer appointments within a few days, and I have some availability for evening appointments.

"Thank you for all your help and for making a huge difference in my life."
"Thank you for giving me the time and space I needed and for putting me at ease to talk about things that I had never spoken about before."
"I would like to say a huge thank you for all your time that you so willingly gave to me, for all the help and support, for all the laughs and the many tears, because without all of that I wouldn't have found the courage or strength to break out of my self-imposed cocoon and be free."
"My counsellor was excellent, she always put me at ease allowing me to speak openly. She encouraged me to explore my feelings and to look at things from different perspectives. I found the sessions a great support and always walked away feeling lighter! Thanks Elisa!"
