Welcome to my page.
I offer Individual and Couples counselling from a warm welcoming room in Five Ways Brighton.
I am a qualified Counsellor holding a Diploma in Humanistic Integrative Counselling recognised by the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP) and I feel passionately about the work that I do.
Counselling can help you make a positive change in your life or support you through a particularly stressful or emotional time. Many of us experience moments when our problems feel overwhelming, when what we need most is to talk to someone confidentially, someone who will not judge us, who will listen, someone objective yet warm, empathic and accepting.
My work is grounded in the belief that everyone has the capacity for growth and change, it is this that I facilitate in my sessions; allowing people to find a place of acceptance, authenticity and empowerment within themselves.
I offer a space that is warm, welcoming and safe where feelings and thoughts can be expressed without judgement. I work always to build trust and deepen understanding of people's worlds so that I can hold and support you on your journey.
I am deeply committed to my work and supporting people's journey wherever it may take them.
