I follow an integrative approach, which means that I endeavour to use a variety of psychological skills and tools taken from different schools of therapy, such as the cognitive-behaviour, psychodynamic and existential approaches. I am passionate about trying to meet each person's individual needs as best as I can and believe that this is possible through integrating a variety of psychological approaches, depending on the specific needs of the client I am working with.
The therapeutic relationship is a key element of my practice in that I believe it is through a nurturing relationship that us as human beings are able to heal, grow and fulfil our potential.
At Evolve Therapies, our passion, aim and commitment is to collaboratively identify, acknowledge and accept the current circumstances, before determining the actions required.
This may be the provision of psychological input or coaching with the Evolve Team online or in one of our Central London locations, at Wimpole Street or St. Paul's. Alternatively, it may involve the Team making recommendations with regards to other ways of moving forwards.
We believe that a trusting therapeutic relationship within a safe, confidential environment, forms the basis for growth and success.
Our aim is to enable clients to trust us, and themselves, to take the necessary steps towards discovering their strengths, enhancing their sense of self, and fulfilling their potential to evolve and obtain a better quality of life.
