Talking to someone who listens carefully and wholeheartedly with empathy and compassion can help you come to a clearer understanding of your own and others experience. I offer a non-judgemental, caring and empathic space for you to just be you while helping you discover new and different choices and decisions for your life.
I use a humanistic approach and have been trained in Transactional Analysis which is a theory of personality that explains why we think, feel and behave the way we do. The TA counsellor can help you to understand your reactions and responses to others and the world around you in a clearer way, enabling better and more mindful choices for your life.
