Counselling is a very private and individual process, and I appreciate how important it is to find the right counsellor for you.
I am an experienced, BACP accredited counsellor who can offer you a safe, accepting and confidential space to explore past or present difficulties, within a supportive and understanding therapeutic relationship.
I have 10 years counselling experience working with a wide range of client circumstances and life experiences, such as; family difficulties, self worth, stress, anxiety, bereavement, risk management, anger issues, depression and relationship problems.
I offer face to face, short or long term counselling, and use a range of therapy orientations in my practice, such as person-centred, CBT, psychodynamic, solution focused and Gestalt.
I integrate different approaches to achieve exactly the right 'mix' of ideas and processes to meet the individual needs of each client, to reach their personal objectives and potential.
I believe that by bringing together all the elements of myself - my professional knowledge, skills and experience, alongside my warmth and enthusiastic personality, I am able to support and help my clients during difficult and challenging times to regain life balance, manage emotional pain, affect change and build resilience for the future.
