Allied Therapy - Elaine Glennon BABCP
I am a fully insured and qualified cognitive behavioural therapist and motivational interviewing coach.
Cognitive behavioural therapy, also known as CBT, is a very practical and time limited talking therapy whereby I am able to actively listen to my client's issues and show my clients techniques that they can use today and in the future. Usually within 4 to 6 counselling sessions, clients report significant improvement in their wellbeing and they are able to master the new techniques that we work through together.
I offer my clients a safe and confidential space to share and explore any issues that are effecting their daily lives.
Motivational interviewing techniques enable me to work collaboratively with my clients and support them to strengthen their own motivation to attain their goals in a short space of time.
Call today for a free 15 minute telephone consultation 07921 955215.
I look forward to hearing from you.
