Would you like some extra support to help you to deal with challenges which impact your day to day life? Whether you are experiencing a crisis or facing a long term personal challenge, I provide a highly confidential, non-judgmental, safe and supportive listening ear on a one-to-one or couples basis for adults (over 18's). No problem is too big or too small and I work on a short or long term basis to suit your needs.
One to one or couples counselling will help you to better understand your thinking and behaviour. I will provide personal support so you can gain perspective and make positive informed choices in any aspect of your life or relationships. Often your goals will change over time as step by step you move forward. I will work with you at a pace that suits you to help you to achieve your goals whether they are related to your physical, emotional or spiritual wellbeing.
When struggling with physical and emotional ill health myself I couldn't find the support I needed. I founded Transforming Together as I realised that having the right personal support can help us to cope better and to enjoy life more fully. My service is called Transforming Together because I seek to work with you so that together you can find a pathway towards lasting positive transformation in your life.
I offer online and telephone counselling worldwide, subject to insurance provision. Subject to availability I offer face to face counselling in venues in Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch, Dorset including BH7, BH13, BH14 and BH23. Many of the venues have wheelchair access and all are near bus routes or railway stations. Most have parking on site on a first come first served basis. It would be my privilege to journey with you and to help you to not only survive but to thrive.
