Edelweiss Collings MBPsS BSc (Hons) MSc BABCP Accred
William James said "If you can change your mind, you can change your life." That is a motto that have helped many of my clients through some tough times. Sometimes ingrained beliefs and ideas can change the way we view life and have a remarkable effect on the way we feel and the way we behave. Together we can adjust some of these views and see the difference it makes to how to feel and behave. The world can suddenly seem a different place and our responses to life's daily hassles can change too.
This is the basis of cognitive and rational emotive behaviour therapy and using these techniques many clients suffering from anxiety, depression, stress, hurt, low confidence and motivation have found success within as a little as 6 to 8 sessions.
I am based in Sevenoaks but can travel to the surrounding areas.
