About me

Are you feeling anxious, stressed or depressed; do you struggle to make or maintain healthy relationships; are you keen to explore and understand your life journey, or perhaps work through making a difficult or life changing decision?

I am a qualified and experienced counsellor, providing a confidential, safe and non-judgemental space to discuss whatever you wish to bring to counselling.

I work in an open-minded and person-centred way, focusing on your needs and expectations. We will work together to explore the reasons that have led you to counselling, aiming for enhanced mental well-being and personal growth.

I have worked for many years in London, with a diverse range of clients and addressing a wide variety of issues. Counselling with me can either be short-term focused work, or longer term where areas of interest can be more deeply explored.

I practice in Tottenham N17, a 5 minute walk from Bruce Grove overground station, or a 15 minute walk/short bus ride from Seven Sisters underground station.

Training, qualifications & experience

BA (Hons) Person-Centred Counselling Degree, Middlesex University

Counselling Diploma & Counselling Certificate.

Registered with the British Association for Counselling & Psychotherapy (BACP).

Alongside my private counselling practice I am a counsellor in a cancer support service, and before this I was a clinical team leader in a South London counselling service.

To complement my extensive counselling experience, my work history includes the NHS, the criminal justice system, supported housing, several charities and voluntary organisations, and the emergency service of a local authority.

I continue to develop my skills, knowledge and experience through regular CPD workshops, supervision, peer discussion and reading.
