Please remember there is always hope when life is difficult. Taking that first step is incredibly hard but please be brave and believe in yourself, I believe in you.
As a person-centred counsellor I am able to offer a therapeutic relationship in which you are able to feel truly understood, experience genuine empathy and caring support. In a world where everything is so fast paced, you will have time to explore your feelings and with guidance enable you to achieve personal growth and happiness. For the past eight years I have worked alongside individuals and families affected by cancer. I have been in the privileged position of working with terminally ill people and have learnt so much from their wisdom and life stories. I have witnessed life changing experiences and helped people grow to their full potential and live flourishing lives.
As an exercise to music professional and beauty therapist, I believe in an holistic approach working with mind, body and soul celebrating the beauty inside and out. I have all the skills to enhance your inner strength and become the person you strive to be.

I have found my calling in counselling and helping people grow stronger and more confident to enjoy their lives and as such I keep my client list small in order to offer the best possible service.
I normally work with clients for 6/8 sessions and then offer follow up once monthly sessions for a short period of time. My aim is for clients to concentrate on their strengths and abilities as quickly as possible, identifying stresses and then be able to move on to a Wonderful Happy Life with a confidence in their own coping skills.
My fees are £45 for 50 minutes sessions and I would love the opportunity to chat over the phone to see if I fit your needs.
I am available from 10.00 am -7.00 pm, Mon-Sat
Your sessions will be held in a beautiful rural village in Hampshire, three miles from the market town of Romsey. Braishfield is very picturesque with two public houses, a voluntary run village store and surrounded by gorgeous countryside, a walkers paradise. It is a true haven of calm and tranquillity. I am also able to visit you in your own home, should you prefer.
