My name is Dorota Cronin. I have worked in healthcare for almost 20 years with people who suffer mental health problems, chronic physical health challenges and those who struggle with changes to make their life a better, more enriching and satisfying experience.
I have a sound knowledge of the various therapeutic interventions, approved for use within the NHS and recommended by NICE. I draw on a range of practices, rooted in client-centered approaches, such as counseling, CBT, goal setting, solution focused and motivational interviewing techniques.
I practice in a person-centred way, aiming to provide a scaffolding of support, which enables people to understand themselves better, to maintain their strengths and to deconstruct obstructions to their growth and wellness. I hold a firm belief that our attitudes and experiences play a crucial role in achieving a sense of inner peace and mental and physical wellbeing.
I genuinely believe that with a right approach and support a change for the better is possible. This conviction continues to nurture my enthusiasm and dedication for my work.
I aim to instill in individuals a sense of hope as well as to increase their ability to understand and manage their issues, finding ways of utilizing their strengths as well as develop a greater sense of choice and responsibility for themselves.
I believe that every person has a right to fulfill their potential and purpose and I am dedicated to supporting people like you in achieving a better quality of life.

To elicit momentum to change something in our lives, we need to look at our inner core and clearly understand what beliefs and values that fuel our "inner engines" are.
It is only then that we can make a conscious choice to either own them full or revise them and begin the process of change.
"You will never change your life until you change something you do daily.
The secret of your success is found in your daily routine"
