I offer an integrative approach to counselling, as I sincerely believe that one approach does not suit all people. We are all unique and individual in our needs, and I work in a way that is adaptable to suit all personality types. Therefore my counseling may incorporate hypnotherapy, cognitive behavior based work or good old fashioned sitting and listening.
Whatever approach we decide to use will be a joint decision, and you can be sure that whatever issues we explore together will be done so in confidence.
Furthermore you will remain in complete control over how this exploration takes place, and we will move forward at a pace that suits you.
What can you expect from a counseling session?
I can provide you with a safe, confidential and totally non-judgmental space. Giving you support in my role as a trained and professional counselor. Working together we will aim to discover whatever is challenging you.
It may well be that you have a specific problem that you're already aware of, and now is the time for you to tackle it. This could be anything from low self esteem, anxiety, bereavement, past issues, or just plain and simply that you want to live a more fulfilling life.

I have chosen to study an integrative model of counseling, as I sincerely believe that one approach does not suit all people.
We are all unique and individual in our needs, and I work in a way that is adaptable to suit all personality types. Therefore my counseling may incorporate hypnotherapy, cognitive behavior based work, or good old fashioned sitting and listening.
Whatever approach we decide to use, will be a joint decision, and you can be sure that whatever issues we explore together will be done so in confidence.
Furthermore you will remain in complete control over how this exploration takes place. If you decide that hypnotherapy could be helpful for you, I will talk you through the process, which simply involves you going into a deep state of relaxation so that your subconscious is able to open up and show us the way forward to helping overcome any fears or anxieties.
