Donna Karpel MBACP AD(Dip)
Are you feeling anxious, depressed, overwhelmed or uncertain? Do you feel as though you no longer have a clear vision of what you want out of life? Are the stresses of daily life weighing down on you? Maybe you are seeking a simple change, or perhaps you need to heal deep wounds within yourself?
I am a fully qualified, experienced and professional counsellor and I will work with you using many different approaches to suit your individual needs.
I am warm and approachable, and can offer an open heart, a clear mind and fresh eyes. I provide a safe, non-judgmental space to help you express difficult and painful emotions. I will sit alongside you, and help you to realise your personal worth, and work towards bringing equilibrium and balance into your daily life. Through incisive and empathic therapy, we can explore your anxieties, worries, fears and emotional obstacles together, so that a clear path can be found, which can facilitate positive change and personal growth.
The first session will give you the opportunity to see whether you feel at ease with me and able to start and explore some of the issues which have brought you into counselling. Hand in hand with this, it gives both of us the chance to see whether I’m the right person to support you on your journey. Following this initial meeting, we will work out the best counselling approach for helping you to move forward. Usually this will mean coming to a fifty minute session at the same time and place on a weekly basis.
Please feel free to contact me on my mobile, 07956401489 to discuss any aspects of counselling, particularly if you are anxious or struggling with the concept of entering into the councelling process for the first time. Please be assured that everything is dealt with in the greatest of confidence.
