Bridge Of Weir
Counselling or therapy is talking to someone about issues that are affecting your wellbeing. You may not be sure what's making you feel the way you feel and counselling can be an effective way of exploring your emotions to try and gain some insight and perspective. I offer face to face, email or telephone support if you are feeling down, depressed, or anxious - if you are feeling alone or isolated - if you have lost confidence and self esteem - if you have suffered a loss or other life crisis.
I also offer supervision to counsellors and trainee counsellors who wish to develop their practice.

Supervision & training
Supervison to me is about offering a safe space where a counsellor or therapist can bring their real selves and explore how this relates to their practice without fear of judgement of any kind.View supervision profile
