Living life is often a challenge.People may find it hard in the early years of their life or later on in life when going through different stages of their personal development.Sometimes we struggle because of external factors sometimes because of the way we feel inside ourselves.
Relief and a better understanding of our own very personal situation can occur when talking to a professional who will listen and help us understand ourselves, our behaviour and reactions to people and circumstances.
Often we realise that yet again we have repeated behaviour which, however destructive to ourselves, we can’t seem to avoid.Or we are so overwhelmed by grief about the loss of someone or something from our lives that we are unable to function as we used to.
Talking is not always easy under these circumstances and that is why open-ended counselling and psychotherapy allows one to enter a space where they can explore their feelings in an open number of sessions. This does not imply that an ending cannot be explored and discussed whenever there is a wish to do so.
Being city based I am able to provide counselling and psychotherapy to people working or living in central London.Sessions last 50 minutes. Session times range from 7.30am until 5.30pm to allow people to come for a session throughout the day.
